Richard Rothman, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Rothman is the Director of the Rothman Institute and the James Edwards Professor and Chairman of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Rothman has worked towards building an institute dedicated to the treatment of skeletal diseases and characterized by quality, compassion and affordability. Recognized in several national publications as one of the premiere orthopedic surgeons in the country, he has published 13 textbooks, over 200 research papers and serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Arthroplasty.


Robert L. Goodman

Robert is the President of American Medical Concepts. AMC is the largest multi-specialty orthopedic, spinal and neurosurgical distribution company in the northwest. Since its inception AMC has maintained 30% annual revenue growth. Robert has an extensive background in acquisition, operation and growth, with many separate venture capital and angel investments. Robert earned his B.S. from the University of Washington, is active in Portland's civic community, and serves on the Board of Directors for Portland Center Stage.


Chris Baker

Chris brings 13 years of software development and management at Now Software, Prometheus, Creative Multimedia and InterTrust and is active within the regional HIPAA transaction and code set healthcare working groups. Chris specializes in developing highly usable, retail grade products for critical market and user needs. Chris has a Master of Management in Science and Technology from OHSU.

Paul E. Schwaegler, M.D.

Dr. Schwaegler is an Orthopedic Surgeon. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine at St. Louis University. Dr. Schwaegler completed a general surgical internship, orthopedic surgical residency, and spine surgery fellowship at Loyola University. In addition, Dr. Schwaegler received the prestigious Sofield Traveling Fellowship Award for outstanding research during his residency and fellowship at Loyola. Dr. Schwaegler is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, National Association of Spine Surgeons and North American Spine Society.


Dennis McNannay

Dennis brings 14 years of executive experience in the software, information security and infrastructure markets. Prior to CrossCurrent, Dennis founded Infinite Ink in 1996, which sold for $28,500,000 in 2000. He has previously sold or licensed technology to Adobe, Macromedia, AOL, Apple, Crystal Reports, US West, Lotus and others. Dennis has spoken on entrepreneurship before the Library of Congress, Wharton School of Business, the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum, and various local universities.
